How do I care for my Buttercream Bake Shoppe cupcakes?
It is important to keep your cupcakes at room temperature. Do not put in the fridge at this dries out the cake. Our cupcakes are best eaten the day they are purchased but if you would like to freeze them put them in an airtight container.
Do you offer a Birthday Box?
Yes, we offer a “take out” box with a ribbon for that extra special touch. Our gift boxes are $1.95 (+ cupcake).
Can I order in advance?
Yes, and we highly recommend it. That way you are guaranteed not to be disappointed if we are sold out.
Do you rent stands?
Yes, they are a 5 tier metal white circle cupcake stand and rent for $45.00 per day.
If I order in advance can I order any flavour?
Because our kitchen is small we are only able to accommodate the daily flavours on the day you are picking up your cupcakes.
Do you deliver?
Yes, please call and we can let you know the cost depending on where in Calgary we are delivering to.
Do you ship to other parts of Canada?
Currently we only ship our boxes of chocolates and cookies.
Can I place my order on the same day I need them?
Please call us to determine if this is possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your order.
Will you do my wedding cupcakes or wedding cake?
Cupcakes are very popular for weddings. We at The Buttercream Bake Shoppe love weddings. Please call us to book your wedding day for either cupcakes or a wedding cake. We book up quickly so call early so you are not disappointed.
Are your products nut free?
No, we bake and ice our cupcakes with equipment that has been in contact with peanuts. If you are allergic to peanuts you are best not to consume our products.
